We have no MOQ! But there is a mold fee for custom orders. We suggest you order at least 50pcs.

You can cancel and get a refund before production. If your product has a defect, we will remake or offer compensation depending on the issue.
Can I reorder the same design later?
Absolutely! We keep your mold for 3 years to make reordering easier and often cheaper.
Do customized products include accessories, and are accessories free?
Yes! Most products include basic accessories free of charge.

Magnetic, deluxe, cufflink, or safety pin backings may cost extra

Is it possible to engrave our own logo on the product?
Yes, we offer custom logo engraving for all metal products.

How close will my final product look compared to the proof I’ve received?
We match colors as closely as possible, but minor differences may occur due to monitor calibration and handmade nature of our items.
After I place my order, when will I receive my products?
Usually within 12–18 days after proof approval. Time may vary depending on quantity or design complexity.
What if I need to make changes or cancel my order after it’s in production?
Changes are not accepted after production starts. Any change after that is treated as a new order.
