Yes! We offer free basic design assistance. Just send us your ideas, sketches, or logos, and our design team will create a digital proof for your approval.

We prefer vectorized files, but we accept ai, pdf, png, jpg, jpeg. There are no restrictions regarding dimensions. A PNG file of resolution 300dpi can also work if you don’t have a vector file.

The designs are copyrighted by the users, all rights reserved, we won’t release them for distribution elsewhere.

Usually we recommend customers to enter Pantone’s official website to select Pantone color number, or you can directly enter: Pantone Color Finder. We provide product production according to the color number you choose.

Most preferred format is Illustrator or .eps vector artwork and all fonts converted to outlines/curves. We also accept .jpg, .pdf, .tiff, .png, .psd or .bmp files (please enlarge artwork 4 times larger than the pin size). We highly recommend the use of PMS Matching System colors in your art in order to reproduce the colors you require. For our Digital Pins, artwork should be at least 300 dpi or higher.

Yes, we will send you a proof after receipt of your order and will not produce your pins until we get your final approval of the artwork.
