We have no MOQ! But there is mold fee for custom order. We suggest you order 50pcs at least.

My order came defective/incorrect, how can I get this fixed?
We’re sorry to hear there’s an issue with your order! Please follow these steps so we can help you as quickly as possible:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Describe the issue (damaged, missing, or incorrect items).
- Attach clear photos showing the problem — this helps us assess the situation and find the best solution.
Once we review the case, we will:
- Arrange a replacement or remake (if there’s a production error or damage), or
- Offer a partial refund or compensation depending on the issue.

What is the difference between hard and soft enamel?
Both hard and soft enamel pins are popular, durable, and high-quality — but they have some key differences in look and feel.
- Surface Finish
- Hard Enamel: Smooth and polished — the enamel is filled level to the raised metal lines, then polished flat, giving a sleek, jewelry-like finish.
- Soft Enamel: Textured — the enamel colors sit slightly lower than the raised metal lines, creating a ridged, layered feel.
- Appearance
- Hard Enamel: More formal and elegant, with a glossy, durable surface. Great for high-end, official, or collectible pins.
- Soft Enamel: More vivid and colorful, with deeper color contrast and visible metal edges — often used for fun, casual, or detailed designs.
- Durability
- Hard Enamel: Extremely durable, scratch-resistant, and long-lasting — similar to cloisonné jewelry.
- Soft Enamel: Durable but slightly less resistant to scratching; often protected with an optional epoxy coating for extra durability.

- Hard Enamel: Usually a bit more expensive due to the extra polishing and finishing steps.

Do you offer a guarantee?
Prior to production of your order, you may cancel anytime and are entitled to our money back* guarantee! Once your order is in production, has shipped , we will not be able to cancel it and no refund will be given simply.
However, If the product has a defect when customer receives it, we will either re-make your order FREE OF CHARGE or offer our customer and order discount based on a case-by-case basis (depending on the severity of the product defect and the number of defective products involved).
Can I reorder the same design later?
Absolutely! We keep your mold for 3 years, making repeat orders easier and often cheaper.
Do customized products include accessories, and are accessories free?
When the product is complete with accessories, such custom products are usually included free of charge.
In terms of lapel pins, Splendidcraft provides 11 choices. 1 military clutch and 1 rubber clutch are free. 1 or 2 Magnet backings, 1 or 2 deluxe backings, 1 cufflink and 1 safety pin are an extra charge.
Is it possible to engrave our own logo on the product?
Of course, our metal products can provide customers with additional logo engraving services.
Can I get my products faster than typical turnaround time?
We provide expedited services, if customers want to speed up the production of orders, only need to pay expedited fees to get products faster.
How close will my final product look compared to the proof I’ve received?
Unless otherwise agreed upon, all colors will be matched “as closely as possible” to your original artwork. Most of our products are hand-made / hand colored and differences in dye and color lots can be expected from time to time.
Please note that due to differences in monitor calibration the colors displayed on your monitor may differ from the colors in the Pantone guide. We match colors based on the printed guide.
LARGE AREAS OF HARD ENAMEL may not fill perfectly to the top. Please understand that our products are hand-made, and hand finished. EACH PIN is an individual work of art, uneven enamel fill, small scratches and dust ARE NORMAL IN PIN MANUFACTURE, and will not be credited.
After I place my order, when will I receive my products?
Our delivery times range between 12-18 days after receipt of an order and approval of artwork (please refer to the appropriate item on this website for the normal delivery times listed). However, some delivery times may vary depending upon the quantity, production methods used, or uniqueness of your design requirements.
What if I need to make changes or cancel my order after it's in production?
Any changes or cancellations are subject to charges based on costs incurred up to time of your request. No change is accepted once an order is in production. If changes are necessary once production begins, it will be considered a new order.
